• "Services" refers to all business consulting, strategy, and advisory services offered by TradesGrowth.ca.
• "Client" refers to the individual or business entity engaging our services.
• "Website" refers to tradesgrowth.ca and all associated pages.

2. Services

TradesGrowth.ca provides business growth consulting for Canadian trades professionals. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement provided to the Client.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information necessary for us to perform the Services
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or information within reasonable timeframes
• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or access granted
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees are outlined in our pricing page or Service Agreement.
• Payment terms are net 15 days from invoice date.
• Late payments may result in suspension of Services.
• All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client retains ownership of all final deliverables. TradesGrowth.ca retains the right to display work in our portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

TradesGrowth.ca provides Services on a professional basis but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by the Client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. The Client shall pay for all Services rendered up to termination.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to use it for unlawful purposes or interfere with its proper functioning.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
